Pancetta di maiale impanato - crumbed pork belly filled with roasted pumpkin and herbs, served with a ginger and balsamic aioli
Risotto di Nebbiolo e cervo - roasted venison loin, with a nebbiolo reduction
Tagliatelle au funghi porcini - hang cut pasta with porcini mushrooms, butter and parmesan
Bistecca di manzo - Riverina grain fed scotch fillet, with sauteed kipflers, artichokes and pancetta
Torte di madorla e mele – apple and almond tart with prune and grappa gelato

The Australian F1 Grand Prix comes to town next week March 14 - 17 and we play host to a wide range of international guests from the drivers and their teams, to corporate groups representing the many sponsors, to the many enthusiastics who come to support one of the world's greatest sporting events.
